KELECHI OZUZU is a Chartered Arbitrator. A graduate of Law, University of Calabar. He attended the Nigeria Law School, Lagos, and was called to bar in 1989. He is very scholarly and one time recipient of a Federal Government Scholarship for Academic Excellence.
He was a State Counsel with the Federal Ministry of Justice and practiced with the firm of Openiyi and Company. He was a partner in the law firm of Ezeuko, Ozuzu and Company. He is a player in the corporate world with a multi-tasking skills across several industries in his business enterprise.
His areas of specialization are Company and Commercial Law, Legal Drafting and Investment Law and Strategy. Ozuzu is an executive member of Institute of Directors Nigeria and an Alumnus of Lagos Business School. A member of the International Bar Association, member Section on Business Law of Nigeria Bar Association, worked in the African Union with good contacts and networks within the African Continent. With vast training in corporate governance. A Fellow and member Executive Committee Institute of Directors Nigeria.
NKACHA CHINWUBA heads the Lagos Branch of the LOKEN LAW OFFICE. He is a graduate of Law from University of Calabar. He attended the Nigeria Law School, Lagos, and was called to bar in 1989. He specializes in litigation (Civil and Criminal), Land, Property and Commercial Law and Practice. He is well versed in law having practiced in the following chambers; Ike Chinwuba &Co, Ayo Ademiluyi & Co, Chinwuba, Nebeolisa & Associate, and The Chambers of Ubong Akpan. He is not a new player to the business world being the former Managing Director of Obum Leathers Limited.
CHUKWUMA NEBEOLISA graduated in law from University of Nigeria Enugu campus in 1990. Was called to the Nigeria Bar the following year (1991). A Chartered Arbitrator.
He also holds a masters degree in International Law and Diplomacy from University of Lagos. He has been in active legal practice ever since then and has worked in the following law firms: Anaka, Ezeoke & Co. Setpart Associates Chinwuba, Nebeolisa & Co. Presently a partner in the Loken Law Office. He has a strong bias for general litigation, corporate law practice and in Property Law.
STEPHEN ELUWA graduated from University of Lagos in 2000. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School in 2001 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002. He is very active in Law practice. With emphases on Litigation and Arbitration.
He worked with C. C Mojekwu & Co. and Chancellor Chambers. He is an active Human Right, Environmental, Oil and Gas Law Practitioner.
